Now,
you have two options with Terrace Heating & Air.
A. You can go with
our Maintenance contract which includes 2 cleanings a year, 10% off parts if it
does fails, and priority service.
B. You can go with
a one-time cleaning. This means we would service your unit one-time. Also, you
do not get the 10% off parts if it fails, and you do not get the priority
service.
