Q: Do You Offer Financing?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: Since you do offer Financing, what can I get financing on?
A: We offer Financing on Installation of Equipment and Ductwork.
Q: Do you offer Free Estimates on replacement of Heating and
Air system and/or Duct Work?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: Do you offer a Maintenance Agreement?
A: Yes, we do for both Residential units and Light Commercial units. If you need
or
want a Commercial Maintenance Agreement, please call our shop @ (843)-762-3639.
We will need to come out and look at the place so we can give you a price on it.
Q: When do I Know it is time to change out my Heating and Air
system?
A: Typically, the average service life in this region of the country is 12
years.
If your system is ten years or older, or out of warranty and is need of a major
repair
it is strongly suggested to consider replacement of your mechanical system.
Advancement in technology, in terms of energy consumption, indoor comfort, and
reliability has made major repairs obsolete.
Q: Do you have signs of mold and/or mildew growth?
A: Mold has been an everyday part of the lowcountry for many years however,

2. Also, it is highly recommended you have a semi-annual maintenance agreement
to maintain equipment efficiency, environmental cleanliness, and minimize
untimely failure.
